This Saturday at 4:30pm eastern it will be time for the first ever BSG singing competition! Below you can check out everyone who entered, what songs they picked, and the listening order. There are lots of good entries, some bad covers, and it is guaranteed to be one hell of a great time. We are going all out on this one, so stop by and participate in the madness and the appreciation of musical musicness.
The Quick Notes In Summary
The stream is on the 6th of November at 4:30pm eastern, and will be dual streamed on twitch and BSG.
$100 prize to the person we declare the winner at the end of stream!
Below you’ll find the list of submitted songs along with the order they’ll be played on stream. This way if you submitted you know roughly when you’ll be up. Each person is listed along with their song and a link for YouTube & Spotify. Random.org was used to randomize the names, and this was the order used.
We have not heard any of these songs. They will be listened to for the first time live on stream.
It won’t necessarily be about sounding the most like the original, but rather the voice and how it makes us feel. Hit us in our feels!
This is how we are judging both good and bad covers, it could either make us laugh so hard, or awe us at the beauty…in a manly way.
There is a real bonus for Shakira, pink, Disney, or 90s. this is real. We are strong independent sentimental mens.
We will be encouraging the folks in chat to share their opinions as well, so show up, and let us know what you liked. There are some amazing singers who have entered, and also some amazingly bad ones.

Special Performances Outside Of The Competition
There will be at least two special songs for the singing competition on the 6th. There may be three, but two for sure. The first one will be the best example on how to sing poorly. This will be done by Hannibal and myself. We’ll be performing a romantic duet of Whenever Wherever by The Goddess Shakira.
After we assault everyone’s ears with our horrid singing, it is only fair to show an example of how Whenever Wherever should be properly covered. This will be done through a cover by Sarah Joyce Roberts, who is an amazing blind singer who is not competing in the competition.
Content Warning?
We are normally a comedy gaming stream, but for this we are replacing the gaming part with music. We are quite R rated simply because this is how we are as humans, and we don’t change on stream. We tell jokes, we have some drinks, and most of all we are about having a good time. If you don’t normally listen to our streams, just let the regulars in chat ease you into our craziness. The whole point is to have some fun, so grab a drink, stop by and come along for the ride.
